We help you record property conditions, generate PDF reports, collect tenant e-signatures, and download a free checklist. Reports are records only: they are not legal advice and do not determine liability.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Do not share accounts or resell the service.
Single report $3, annual $29, monthly $9 (USD). Beyond 3 homes you need a subscription or single-report credits; from the 4th home onward it is $5/home/year. Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record, which collects applicable taxes. Expired subscriptions return to the free quota.
Subscriptions can be refunded in full within 14 days of first purchase — email support@moveoutinspection.com. Single-report purchases are not refundable once a report is generated.
You own the photos and data you upload. You grant us the licence needed to provide the service (rendering PDFs, sending signing links). You must have the right to upload the content.
No harassment, discrimination, falsified records, or unlawful use. No reverse engineering, scraping, or automated access beyond normal use.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
We may update these terms and post them here. You may stop using the service at any time; we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
