InspectionReport (moveoutinspection.com) provides property condition records and reports for landlords. We collect only what we need to run the service.
Landlord accounts: email, password hash (bcrypt), display name. Property and inspection data: address, unit, item conditions, notes, deduction amounts, photos. Tenant data: name and email you enter or the tenant enters on the signing page. Leads: the email and source page submitted to download the free checklist. Payments: processed by Paddle as merchant of record; we never see or store your card number.
Photos are resized to 1600px on the long edge and stripped of EXIF (including GPS and device data) in your browser before upload. Our servers only store the processed files.
To generate reports and PDFs, send signing links, count your home quota, debug issues, and prevent abuse. We do not send marketing email unless you subscribe.
Paddle (payments and tax), our hosting provider (servers and backups), and our email provider (signing links). We do not sell your data.
Data is kept while your account is active. Deleting a property cascades to its inspections, photos, reports, and signature records. To delete your account, email us below and we will process it within 7 days.
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data. California residents may exercise the same rights under the CCPA; we will not discriminate for exercising them.
